This luxury property offers fabulous accommodation for up to 4 people. Fitted out to the highest standards throughout, Carne Cottage has a wonderful living area with large floor to ceiling windows giving superb light to this well designed room featuring oak floors, beamed ceiling and stylish soft furnishings. The property also has the benefit of having oil fired central heating and a wood burner to keep it really cosy all year round.

The garden has a lawn area and raised patio with garden furniture making this a fabulous area to dine al fresco.
Facilities & Services
Heating is via oil fired central heating and the woodburning stove. The lounge has a flat screen TV, DVD & CD player. The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven & hob, microwave oven, integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a washer/dryer located separately in a utility cupboard.
Miscellaneous
Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included, but you must bring your own beach towels. There are 2 car parking spaces available. A cot & highchair are available. We regret no smoking is permitted. Pets are not allowed.
Arrival / Departure is on a Saturday and short breaks are available in the quieter periods of the year
There is an excellent pub at the nearby village of Philleigh, The Roseland Inn which serves good food, as does the Kings Head at Ruan Lanihorne. There are also pubs in Veryan, Portloe, Portscatho & St Mawes. There are general stores available at Portscatho, Tregony & Veryan. St Mawes has a wider selection of services. The city of Truro is about a 25 minute drive and has some superb shopping. There are fine dining restaurants in nearby hotels such as the Driftwood Hotel at Rosevine and the Tresanton at St Mawes. The beaches of Pendower, Carne & Porthcurnick are all within a 10 minute drive. The Roseland has some wonderful gardens to visit and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are about 20 minutes away. There are miles of spectacular coastline to discover along the South West Coast Path.
