Guest from Colyford stayed at Seabreeze for 7 nights in September
Seabreeze was good but could be much better. Lovely & clean & lovely sea views. Close to good dog walking areas. It just needed some T.L.C. a bit of rejuvenating. The veneer on some of the kitchen cupboards was peeling off and flapping about, where the toaster hadn't been pulled out. The Conservatory roof needs cleaning & the moss removing. The P.A.T. testing on the electrics was out of date and the front door needs revarnishing/painting.

Philippa from Romsey stayed at Seabreeze for 14 nights in August
Seabreeze is ideally located being close enough for a quick walk to the beach or to pop down to the village shop for some milk before breakfast. From the conservatory and the deck you can eat breakfast with a view of Gull Rock and beyond, or if you are a night owl, it provides perfect viewing of the meteor shower. There is plenty of room to entertain guests and a decent sized kitchen. The beds are comfortable. We loved staying there.

We had a most enjoyable holiday using Seabreeze as our base. The bungalow is very well equipped and furninhed well. When we did have a problem with a conservatory window it was fixed within a few minutes by the property manager.

Well situated for the south west coastal path and Roseland Peninsula. Excellent conservatory, garden and decking with mid distance views of the sea. A short downhill stroll to the harbour and many attractive places to visit nearby. Dog friendly bungalow in a quiet location.

Christopher from Kidlington stayed at Seabreeze for 7 nights in April
We fully enjoyed our week's holiday at Seabreeze in April. It is a very spacious, clean, modern and well equipped bungalow. Our party was 2 Grandparents, Daughter, Son-in-law and teenager Grandson. With one ensuite and one separate bathroom it was ideal for us. Star attraction is the conservatory and decking overlooking the sea.Ideal for evening chatting over a glass of wine. Plenty of room on the drive for parking and very convenient for trips out to all the the beautiful Roseland Peninsula and beyond. We thoroughly recommend this property although our only reservation was that the mattresses were a little uncomfortable. For the sake of a little investment in better quality mattresses this would be worthwhile and would give it a one hundred % recommendation.

Paul from Neston stayed at Seabreeze for 7 nights in April
We stayed in Seebreeze over the Easter weekend into the following week and couldn't have been happier with our stay. The bungalow is a little home from home with all home comforts, spotlessly clean and in a great location for exploring the local areas. If you like your holiday home to mirror what you have at home, this is the place for you. There is everything you could possibly need, even a washing machine, outdoor rotary airer and pegs! You don't even need to take lots of clothes. We were very lucky with the weather as it was outstandingly glorious the whole week and we all enjoyed breakfast in the large conservatory every morning with the sun streaming in. You can see the sunrise over the sea from there to if you're up and about early enough. We visited Lands End, Lizard Point, St. Ives, St.Mawes, Falmouth, Pendennis Castle, Mousehole Marizion, Mevagissy, Lost Gardens of Heligan and more during the week, all within easy reach of a day trip. I can recommend them all, but my faviourite has to be Lizard Point watching the seals. On our last night we ate at the Plume of Feathers in Porthscatho, just a short walk away from the bungalow, which has fantastic home cooked food. The thrice cooked chips are to die for. We had the most amazing time and can't wait to go back. Thank you for making this accommodation available, it was an absolute pleasure.

Caroline from Clevedon stayed at Seabreeze for 7 nights in March
We have stayed in plenty of holiday cottages and this is one of the best. Often, as we have a dog, we find it difficult to get high standard properties, but this is one. Everything felt like a home not a holiday place with plenty of kitchen equipment etc. The view was good from the garden and conservatory though there were houses to look past. Altogether this is somewhere we are likely to return to.

Stephanie from Axminster stayed at Seabreeze for 3 nights in October
We enjoyed our stay at Seabreeze. It was very well equipped and clean with a good layout for us. It was perfect for our young dog who had secure access outside in the garden and hard floors throughout. The sea view was great from the conservatory. We walked into the village (about 5 minutes) and used the local pub and village shop. Walking in the other direction it was 10 minutes along the coast path to a beautiful sandy beach and the Hidden café was open for half term which was lovely. The village is a great base for visiting this beautiful area - we took the King Harry Ferry over to Trelissick National Trust and had lunch in St Mawes from where you can also get the ferry to Falmouth either on foot or with the car.

Lovely bungalow very spacious, every convenience, secure garden for the dogs. Good location ideal for walking down to Porthcurnick beach in the mornings, Hidden Hut only open on Sundays at this time of year. Easy walk to Porthcatho, had a lovely meal at the Plume of Feathers , Boat house closed for some reason, village store stocks most things. Central location for exploring the Roseland peninsular. Overall very enjoyable stay.

Just had our 2nd visit this year to Seabreeze and will be back in 2017. A good base for traveling all around cornwall . A big enclosed garden that the dogs both love and a nice dog beach within an easy walk with the Hidden Hut as a good breakfast stop.

Fay from Newport stayed at Seabreeze for 7 nights in August
Seabreeze is in an excellent location, close to both shops/pubs and also the beach. Ample parking on the drive is a bonus as parking in the village in August is difficult. The coastal paths near by are lovely and those and the nearby beach is dog friendly all year round. The decking area outside the conservatory at Seabreeze is great for outside eating and the rear garden is dog safe and private. I thought the cottage had everything needed for a week's holiday and the paintings hung on the walls were very pretty. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Alan from Spilsby stayed at Seabreeze for 7 nights in June
A clean spacious bungalow, but the site in a housing estate was most disappointing.Photograph is misleading,no wide panorama of a coastline, mostly houses and roofs. After a journey of 375 miles;only a small milk and a packet of biscuits,no local map to show the location of services and shops,4 boxes of rubbish left by previous occupants(expected to remove these up a very steep drive to the road) Main lights in the bathroom did not function.Only 1 comfortable seat for the patio. Having stayed at many cottages in Devon and Cornwall,we will not stay here again, and will carefully consider any further bookings with Cornish Cottages Ltd..

George from Stroud stayed at Seabreeze for 7 nights in May
Excellent location. Near to beaches, pub, restaurants & walks. Kitchen needs updating. It's OK but showing signs of wear & tear. Has all facilities one would want. Main bathroom same as kitchen. Shower is quite small! En-suite bathroom is tiny! Lounge could do with some new chairs. OK for the 2 of us who could lounge about, would be cramped for more. Double bed mattress not to our liking. We found it quite hard, although this may suit some people. Conservatory (huge) and garden (with large decked area) are very nice. Good features. Plenty of parking space - enough for 4 cars.

Philippa from Romsey stayed at Seabreeze for 4 nights in April
The property has been renovated to maximise space. It is light and airy and has plenty of sofas. We liked the little snug with bean bags and small TV and had we stayed longer the children might well have used it. The conservatory has a lovely view of the sea. The property is well heated. The family bathroom is a good size. The garden is much bigger than at first appears. The deck is a great idea and perfect for outdoor eating being so accessible from the kitchen. It was great to have an outdoor tap near the front door for sandy beach feet. Quick walk to the beach. We loved it!

Portscatho and its neighbouring village of Gerrans are located on the eastern coast of the Roseland Peninsula, Cornwall, overlooking the dramatic Gerrans Bay. A truly peaceful waterside village, Portscatho is a lovely place for a holiday. There are miles of coastal and countryside footpaths to explore, particularly along St Anthony's Head. Portscatho was once a busy fishing harbour, but now it has become a haven for artists due to the striking light which is particularly good in the morning sun. More than anything, Portscatho is a relaxing place. The beaches such as Porthcurnick, Towan and Porthbeor are simply idyllic and these are only minutes from the village. With a superb local butchers shop, 2 great little pubs and a well stocked local store, Portscatho and Gerrans are a lovely place to spend a holiday.

Just to the west of Portscatho is St Mawes which is one of the finest waterside villages in Cornwall. Situated overlooking an idyllic bay on the eastern side of the famous Falmouth Estuary, St Mawes has one of the mildest climates in Britain due to its proximity to the Gulf Stream. The sea is at the heart of the village and has helped to shape St Mawes from the little fishing village to the fashionable holiday destination that is so popular with visitors. A mecca for boating enthusiasts, St Mawes is a particularly popular sailing centre. Weekly club racing, village regattas and larger events are commonplace on the superb waters of the bay all through the summer. St Mawes has so much to offer the visitor. St Mawes Castle was built by Henry VIII and is a splendid place to take in the views of the Carrick Roads.

There are miles of coastal and countryside walks to take in and some idyllic beaches on which to relax and watch the world go by. The little Place ferry takes visitors to explore St Anthony's Head or there are regular ferries to Falmouth. Being situated on the seafront, the village is also known for the restaurants and pubs that serve superb fish and shellfish dishes all year round. There is a selection of pubs & hotels with restaurants (including the renowned Tresanton Hotel) all within easy walking distance. There is a range of shops all within a few minutes’ walk including a Cooperative store, Post Office, chemist, butcher, baker and art & clothes shops. The village also has a doctor’s surgery and a dentist’s surgery.

There are some stunning locations to eat on the Roseland including the Michelin starred Driftwood restaurant on the way down to Rosevine beach where the chef, Chris Eden, and his team deliver a truly special experience, you will obviously need to book this one early. There is also the Hidden Hut located above the field at Rosevine with its eclectic menus, convivial atmosphere, bring your own booze and social media driven events list! (Best find them on Facebook to see what is on!) The Hidden Hut has received rave reviews from the local and national press. Slightly further afield are the Nare Hotel and Quarterdeck with fine dining and dramatic views across Gerrans Bay, the world renowned Tresanton Hotel in St Mawes or the newly refurbished Idle Rocks Hotel. On top of this list there are some excellent country pubs in all of the local villages supporting Cornish produce and local beers.
