Coopers Cottage is an immaculately presented conversion of an old stable building within the grounds of historic Frogmore House in the heart of the village of Tregony, "the gateway to the Roseland". Exposed beams, oak floors and a fully fitted modern kitchen make Coopers Cottage a very comfortable and appealing place to stay. Coopers is the ideal place to relax and unwind. Peaceful, spacious, light and well equipped, the property also has the benefit of a superb patio deck with views over the upper reaches of the valley. It is the perfect place to sit with a good book and enjoy the evening sun. . Accommodation Ground Floor only: Open plan lounge, dining area and fully fitted kitchen with a granite topped breakfast bar. The main bedroom has a double bed and a further single bed. There is an additional twin bedroom and good sized "wet" shower room. Facilities & Services The cottage is centrally heated throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, fridge and separate freezer, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine. There is a log burner and TV & DVD player in the lounge area and BBQ facilities in the garden. There is 1 dedicated car space in the parking area. Miscellaneous Bed linen, towels all electricity & heating is included. There is no phone at Coopers Cottage and mobile reception can be difficult on some networks. WiFi is available. No smoking is permitted. Regrettably no pets are allowed. Please note that due to the layout of the garden, Coopers Cottage is not really suited to those children under the age of 10.Bed & breakfast accommodation is also available next door at Frogmore House.
