Tremayne is a comfortable first floor apartment in the heart of the peaceful village of Gerrans.
Gerrans is located on the hill above the harbour village of Portscatho and is a great place to base yourself for exploring the Roseland Peninsula.
The 2 bedroom apartment has the benefit of a first floor deck with views overlooking the expanse of Gerrans Bay with the dramatic coastline of Nare Head and Gull Rock.
The apartment has its own separate entrance and is located just a short walk from the church and the Royal Standard pub.
The amenities of Portscatho with its small art galleries are about a 5 minute walk down the hill.
For those looking to explore the miles of wonderful coastline, you can join the coastal footpath in Portscatho with walks along the St Anthony's Headland or north towards Rosevine and Pendower Beach.
The beach at Porthcurnick is about a 10 minute walk from Tremayne or the idyllic beaches at Towan or Porthbeor are only a short drive away.
You can also easily visit St Mawes and other parts of the Roseland Peninsula easily from Gerrans.

The entrance staircase leads to the first floor.
The lounge / dining area has a selection of comfortable chairs and access onto the deck area.
The small kitchen area is at one end.
The main bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with single and additional pull out single bed both lead off the main room.
There is good sized bathroom with over bath shower.
The lounge has a double futon bed for additional people, although please bear in mind that bed linen will not be provided for this bed.
Facilities & Services
The fitted kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave.
There is a separate washing machine.
A high chair and cot are available.
There is outside furniture on the deck. WiFi is available at the property.
Miscellaneous
Electricity and bed linen are included, but you will need to provide your own towels.
We regret no dogs or smoking is permitted at Tremayne.
Short breaks are available at certain times of the year.

Portscatho and its neighbouring village of Gerrans are located on the eastern coast of the Roseland Peninsula, Cornwall, overlooking the dramatic Gerrans Bay. A truly peaceful waterside village, Portscatho is a lovely place for a holiday. There are miles of coastal and countryside footpaths to explore, particularly along St Anthony's Head. Portscatho was once a busy fishing harbour, but now it has become a haven for artists due to the striking light which is particularly good in the morning sun. More than anything, Portscatho is a relaxing place. The beaches such as Porthcurnick, Towan and Porthbeor are simply idyllic and these are only minutes from the village. With a superb local butchers shop, 2 great little pubs and a well stocked local store, Portscatho and Gerrans are a lovely place to spend a holiday.
The Roseland Peninsula is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and forms one of the finest sections of Cornwall's South Coast. From Mevagissey to St Mawes and bordered by the Fal Estuary to the west, the Roseland Peninsula has been drawing visitors for years with its splendid coastline, unique gardens, historic villages and superb sailing waters. With The Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project in one direction and Falmouth and the National Maritime Museum in the other the Roseland is brimming with places to visit and things to do.
St Mawes Castle, built by Henry VIII in the 16th century sits on Castle Point at the mouth of the River Fal. At the top of St Mawes, Lamorran Gardens house a wonderful collection of tropical plants with lovely views down into the Harbour. St Just-in-Roseland has arguably the most photographed church in Cornwall. The 13th century church sits quietly tucked away on the edge of the creek.
The Veryan Roundhouses are a must see, on the way to Nare Head, where you will find the most spectacular views of Gerrans Bay.
The little village of Portloe nestles in lovely valley and is one of Cornwall's quintessential spots.
Portscatho has a number of art galleries and many artists find the light in this harbour village inspires much of their work. The Roseland Inn at Philleigh is a 16th century pub just waiting for you to visit, as is the newly refurbished Smugglers Cottage at Tolverne, perfect for that afternoon Cornish Cream Tea, now run by Tregothnan Estate home to the UK's first tea plantation.
The most popular thing to do though on the Roseland is simply to walk and enjoy some of Cornwall's most beautiful coastline.
Events on the Roseland reach fever point in August when sailing regattas, carnivals, fayres and fun days take place all over the Roseland and the waters of the Carrick Roads.
It is a memorable place for many people who return year after year to enjoy the magic of this beautiful place.
