Quality accommodation in a peaceful location with stunning views across the Carrick Roads. Cannot fault in any way - except for needing instructions for operating the can opener!

Richard Rogers

Very comfortable and beautifully furnished, well equipped property. Stunning views over the Carrick Roads.

David Cooper

Our third stay at Pebbles in about seven years and it still seems like new. Very well equiped and spotlessly clean. Superb views over the Fal estuary. We were there over a hot Easter weekend but the area was still relatively quiet,

Heather Bassett-Jones

Lovely house in quiet area. St Just is a pretty village. Bit too quiet for us. More to do at St Mawes close by which has some nice eating places.

Terry Witton

This was our second year staying at Pebbles and the house is still beautiful. The area is stunning and so peaceful. It is the perfect location from which to explore the rest of Cornwall.

Graham Harwood

The Pebbles is a lovely clean, modern, spacious holiday home and gave us such a relaxed environment from which to switch off and enjoy our holiday. So good, we're booking again for next year which says it all.

Pebbles is a lovely property in a great situation. It is very well equipped. We loved the views. However, we were disappointed to find that building work was going on directly opposite which was noisy. Builders arrived at 8.00 am which woke us every day and there was noise throughout the day including a cutting machine. As it was hot we were sunbathing in the garden and we had to go and ask the builders to turn down their noisy radio. When we arrived we couldn't get into the key box and had to have calls back and forth with the owner to sort it out. We were given a code for the garden hut but it was actually opened by a key so more calls to the owner. Also, there was no barbecue as described and no sun loungers. Generally we were very pleased with this property and would probably book it again but it would be nice if the service were a bit more seamless and better after the building work is finished.

Patricia Pope

Lovely house in lovely location, beautiful view over Carrick Roads. Very well appointed with everything you could need.

Barbara Kelly

We have stayed at Pebbles twice and each time it has been a pleasure. The house is spotless and extremely well equipped with very good qaulity chinea bedlinen and furniture. The only disadvantage - the house is so good and the view so attractive it is a bit of a wrench to leave it and explore the rest of Cornwall !

Sarah Carrington

Stayed for a last minute break in May half term with the family (husband and 2 kids). The house was perfect, really well located with beautiful views across to the Carrick Roads and surrounding hills. The house itself was really well equipped and furnished to a really high standard. St Just in Roseland is very well located, not far from many of the pretty beaches on the Roseland peninsula and near to St. Mawes, Would definitely return for a second visit.

Alan Young

Our second stay at Pebbles which did not disappoint. Stunning views, tastefully furnished. Immaculately presented. Superbly equipped. Every conceivable device. Welcome bottle of wine and delicious buns - extra special touches. Excellent in every way! Will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Pebbles is a great place to stay. The location is good and the house superb, with everything one could possibly want. And not only that, all the furniture and furnishings, bed linen, etc., were of good quality. A little thing but one which makes all the difference. Thank you!

Superb property for those seeking a comfortable and relaxed self catering holiday. The property is exceptionally well appointed and lacked nothing in creature comforts. Brilliant location for visiting the Roseland, highly recommended.

To enter this property after a long drive what can I say... it is perfect! breathtaking views, it had everything you needed and was spotless and had a lovely homely feel about it...St Just church is a must as on the doorstep and if you like a walk carry on to St Mawes and back our children 8 and 6 loved it!.. beaches are wonderful all within easy reach my 2 became addicted to surfing! And a drive out def recommend St Michaels Mount amazing place and take a picnic over with you as the grounds and scenery are unbelievable. Also hop the ferry at St Mawes (kids loved the ferry)across to Falmouth great little town with great restaurants and the beach 2 mins away aswell..We will be returning to Pebbles! It was a perfect family holiday.

Alan Staple

A lovely location with superb views over the river and great for exploring the Roseland peninsula. I was concerned that it was a modern house in a modern development but the open location and the large feature window in the upstairs lounge-diner made it a perfect place to relax. It was well appointed and the beds-sheets were so comfortable, we're going to have to get some. Will come back as still lots more exploring and walking to do.

Alan Trigg

A stunning property with everything you need for a self catering holiday - including outstanding views. Thank you for letting us share your property for our holiday - really loved it All the rooms are kept to a high standard and it was a joy to come back to it every night after a day out

Caroline Hammonds

We thought Pebbles was by far the best self-catering accommodation we have ever stayed in. It was comprehensively and expensively equipped as if it was someone's permanent home, it was very stylish and sofas, chairs and beds were very comfortable which in our experience is rare. Beautifully maintained and with super views, we could not recommend it more and would certainly return there. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there, despite poor weather.

Peter Scales

This is a really nice and comfortable house with great views over the estuary. It is in a good position to access South West Cornwall. We had a fabulous time.

Keith Wilson

Very nice property, very impressed with all the fittings and furniture and area info and maps, great location. Great view from living room. Immaculately decorated and very clean.

Stephen Kelly

This cottage has everything in spades. Great location on the Roseland; high level of comfort; brilliantly equipped ; spotlessly clean. a terrific place to stay.

Robin Humphris

Superb accommodation with high quality furnishings & equipment in an excellent location close to coastal & riverside walks, gardens & stunning scenery & other places of interest. Plenty of places to eat from fish & chips to fine dining.

Guest

Superb location with excellent views across the Carrick Roads and close proximity to some lovely walks. The circular walk from 'Pebbles' taking in the St. Just church is one of the best on the Roseland Peninsular. Only downside to the property is the single parking space. Very good customer service from Cornwall Cottages.

Guest

A wonderful place to stay, very comfortable, excellent location, good views. Within 10miles there are an enormous number of places to visit with the added pleasure of King Harry's ferry to help. For anyone who intends to paint it is ideal. Enjoy!

Guest

We returned again this year to fall in love once again with St Just in Roseland. The peace, the stunning views and the solitude of Pebbles was what we were returning for. St Just in Roseland Church was just a short walk away and worth visiting, for you won't believe the church grounds. The property is to a high standard and nothing has been forgotten, you just need to bring yourselves.

Guest

Pebbles proved to be a pristine property in a prime location. The holiday home offered us both comfortable and stylish living, with easy access to the varied and inspiring Roseland area. We plan to return next year.

Guest

This property had everything - home from home accommodation, stunning views, clean and tastefully furnished. Couldn't fault it - would highly recommend and will return.

Guest

The best property we have stayed in over 30 years. We cannot fault it. It was a wow experience from the time we walked in. The property is very well equipped with no expense spared in every room. The view from the sitting room is wonderful and the sunsets a joy to see as the property faces west.

James Garner

Absolutely lovely place, couldn't wish for more!! Great house , great location , great views !! Had a fab time and the kids loved it !! Would definitely stay there again !!

Guest

This is one of the best appointed properties we've stayed in. What lacked slightly in living space was completely compensated for in the quality of equipment, furniture and furnishings. The view from the living area was amazing and provided a great view of the Red Arrows display ! The only slight downside was the location - for us, we missed having a shop or anywhere to eat out nearby, but we knew that when we booked so it wasn't a disappointment, just a bit of an inconvenience. It was very handy for using the King Harry ferry though ! If you come to the Roseland for hiking rather than the beaches this is just perfect.

Guest

We stayed at Pebbles last year and returned because the house has absolutely everything you could ask for! Pebbles is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. A peaceful location and fabulous view. National Trust properties within easy reach, beautiful beaches and coastline. Hope to be back again!

Guest

This is the second time we have stayed here and we loved it just as much as the first time. The owners have taken great care in choosing the very best for Pebbles down to the Allessi clock in the kitchen.

Guest

Thank you for allowing us to stay at Pebbles recently. We enjoyed a perfect few days here in an immaculate home where our every need was met. Pebbles is spotless and in a wonderful position overlooking magnificent views of the bay and nearby fields. It is close to lovely eating places and beautiful drives. We could not have asked for better accommodation and would love to return sometime in the future. We would certainly recommend pebbles as a great place to stay.

The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac with spectacular views. Extremely comfortable and very clean, in fact it was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The bedding/pillows were of the highest quality and we we slept like logs. We are rushing out to buy similar products for our own home.

Guest

Excellent property with fabulous views. Everything in the property was to a high standard and many extras too, a home from home. The weather was gorgeous which just made the holiday. St Just in Roseland church was a walkable distance away and should not be missed the graveyard and gardens were breathtaking. We look forward to visiting again one day

Guest

The Pebbles is a beautifully presented holiday home containing everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break. Lovely views. Lovely comfy sofas!!

Guest

We had a very relaxing holiday at Peebles. The house is extremely well equipped and comfortable. The view from the window is just as shown- beautiful! A good location for visiting several National Trust Properties and Lost Gardens of Heligan. Good beaches close by - we had a lovely time and would definitely like to return.

A splendid stay at " Pebbles" in St Just in Roseland. The house was very well presented and immaculate. I have never stayed anywhere so thoughtfully equipped ,with quality kitchen goods,an excellent television and DVD player ,with a selection of good films to watch if the weather is inclement, and with wonderful bedding and soft towels etc. all we needed to supply really was our food! The house, with it's living accommodation on the first floor takes advantage of the views out over the River Fal and across to and we enjoyed one absolutely fantastic sunset during our stay. We were greeted by friendly neighbours and felt we could just move in and live here! Thank you to all concerned in presenting this house so well ,we appreciated your work to keep this standard.

Couldn't have asked for a better property for our Cornish holiday. This was a first visit to the Roseland but don't think it will be our last. Beautiful scenery and beaches and the view from Pepples was the icing on the cake. Wow!
