Seabreeze is very well situated and has a huge drive. The beds were very comfortable but the conservatory furniture needs new upholstery. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would have considered rebooking but the same 2 weeks would now cost an extra £800 which is exorbitant.

First time on the Peninsula & could not have stayed in a better location. Accommodation very good, village amenties & pub brilliant, good bus service, Nothing to dislike. Fully recommend .

Fabulous home and location, as we've been there with a small baby and it was just perfect with the conservatory, the terrace and the breeze! Even the weather was great, warm... The house has everything you need to enjoy the sun during a vacation. Also, the area is very quiet and friendly too!

Tony Dillow

We had another lovely stay in Seabreeze. The situation is just right for us in a lovely quiet position and great for walks. Looking forward to the next time we go.

Trevor Hodgetts

Really lovely and well equipped dog friendly bungalow within short walk to a fabulous beach and the village pub, butchers and well stocked village shop. Personally we found the bed too soft but might be just us. Would definitely recommend.

Norman Probert

The location of Seabreeze was excellent and to have a view of the sea was wonderful and in a lovely quiet location. To have the beach so close was an another bonus! The house was very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, our only criticism was maybe there could have been thicker duvets or an additional blanket. The house was very clean on the whole, although we did find a few cobwebs and dust in various places but it didn’t effect our stay We all enjoyed our stay and we’re very happy to have spent a week in Seabreeze.

Judith Sandham

Good location, well equipped, very clean. Could do with a few more mugs for tea/coffee though. We would certainly recommend Seabreeze to other families and we would like to revisit at some time. Disappointed that the recycling did not exist, everything went in the black bin bags.

Louise Wood

Would thoroughly recommend this spacious bungalow within easy walking of the coastal path. Clean and comfortable with lots of outside space both raised decking and grass. Easy parking for 3 cars. Well equipped with nice big kitchen.

Jackie Evans

We absolutely loved our stay here. It is in the perfect location, with stunning views. Easy to walk into the village where there is a shop that sells everything you could need and an excellent butchers. Also 2 pubs and tearooms and galleries. We enjoyed having breakfast out on the decking and enjoying the sea views. Garden completely enclosed and safe for dogs. Our border collie Dexter loved his stay, walking distance to all the local beautiful beaches and of course the Hidden Hut! Scenery is just stunning. We travelled around most days taking him to various different beaches all around the Roseland and went as far as The Lizard and up to Bude as everything is so accessible but also loved our quiet days at the property when the sun was shining and we didn’t feel the need to venture anywhere apart from local walks. Bungalow very well equipped, comfortable and clean. Fern the owner was so friendly and helpful and one very minor issue dealt with immediately and also followed up to make sure everything o.k. We will definitely stay here again.

Fred Hodgetts

We had a lovely 5 day break ( it was unfortunately cut short due to covid rules.) sea breeze is a nicely maintained property in a lovely position with sea views. We all really enjoyed our stay and would certainly go again . The holiday also benefited from the most beautiful sunny weather.

Tony Dillow

In these difficult times there is always concern for safety when visiting a new place. However we needn’t have worried as Seabreeze was cleaned to an exceptional standard and the owner was a very warm caring and friendly lady to deal with. The situation was tranquility itself lovely views with everything you could want. The locals were all very nice too. A fabulous holiday while we continued our walk of the Cornwall coastal path.

Susan O'Connell

Very pleasant, comfortable, warm property in good location for some lovely coastal and countryside walks. Weather was mixed and one torrential rainy day it was great to be able to be entertained by Netflix. The kitchen was well equipped just some minor issues only one chopping board, more are required to prevent cross contamination and also a separate breadboard and could not find instructions for the cooker. Conservatory a lovely bright space to relax but could do with some more comfortable seating.

Jackie Murley

A very spacious bungalow with a stunning conservatory and views of the bay. A great sociable space for dining in with a very well equipped kitchen. A home from home experience. Great beaches within walking distance & lunch at The Hidden Hut is a must.

Barry Hughes

Lovely bungalow in a wonderful location - Portscatho is a great place for a holiday and Seabreeze has everything we needed to enjoy our holiday there. We felt very safe in the bungalow and also in the village during these COVID times and can thoroughly recommend Seabreeze to anyone considering a holiday in Cornwall - especially with their dog as there is also a wonderful dog-friendly beach on your doorstep.

David Hayes

lovely location , with a wonderful PH in walking distance for meals , and good local walks, don't miss out on visiting the Hidden Hut.

Kevin Last

Seabreeze was a spacious and clean bungalow. Thee are views of the sea from the conservatory. An unexpected bonus was the tea, coffe and biscuits that were left as a welcome gift.

Michael Thrower

We and our 2 miniature Schnauzers enjoyed a lovely break in Portscatho at Seabreeze. There was nothing we didn't like! Seabreeze has some lovely views of the sea and the photo's we took on the first day provoked comments of "are you in Majorca?" On some of the sunnier days we really felt that we were! Just a short walk to the dog friendly beach and the famous Hidden Hut, who could ask for more? Another short walk to the local pub The Plume of Feathers, again very dog friendly, plus the food was very good. If we decide to holiday in Portscatho again we would definitely try and book Seabreeze.

The bungalow is now very tired looking. Needs alot doing to it to bring it back to how it used to be . New owners now so hopefully things will be sorted. Cant fault the location , village and locals great . Mark next door very helpful. The garden is great for the dogs Have been staying here for the last 3/4 years will be back

It does need an overhaul shower in main bathroom not working very well lounge furniture not very comfortable

Seabreeze was good but could be much better. Lovely & clean & lovely sea views. Close to good dog walking areas. It just needed some T.L.C. a bit of rejuvenating. The veneer on some of the kitchen cupboards was peeling off and flapping about, where the toaster hadn't been pulled out. The Conservatory roof needs cleaning & the moss removing. The P.A.T. testing on the electrics was out of date and the front door needs revarnishing/painting.

Angela Punter

Another lovely week at Seabreeze. Great location base . Neighbours really friendly and helpful. Good dog beaches . Great fish and chip van The Atlanic Fryer on fridays & saturdays in the layby. Good cofffee at Tatams .

Christine Geer

The property was very well appointed and lacked nothing. Lovely location superb garden for our dog who also loved the beach

Philippa Armitage

Seabreeze is ideally located being close enough for a quick walk to the beach or to pop down to the village shop for some milk before breakfast. From the conservatory and the deck you can eat breakfast with a view of Gull Rock and beyond, or if you are a night owl, it provides perfect viewing of the meteor shower. There is plenty of room to entertain guests and a decent sized kitchen. The beds are comfortable. We loved staying there.

Gill Horler

We had a great time staying at Seabreeze, garden was lovely and completely enclosed for our dog. The location to the dog friendly beach and the village was really close. We hope to stay at Seabreeze again next year.

Malcolm Warner

We had a most enjoyable holiday using Seabreeze as our base. The bungalow is very well equipped and furninhed well. When we did have a problem with a conservatory window it was fixed within a few minutes by the property manager.

Sheila Rogers

Nice place lovely location , not suitable for people with walking problems, area quite, but relaxing holidays

John Watts

Well situated for the south west coastal path and Roseland Peninsula. Excellent conservatory, garden and decking with mid distance views of the sea. A short downhill stroll to the harbour and many attractive places to visit nearby. Dog friendly bungalow in a quiet location.

Christopher Pack

We fully enjoyed our week's holiday at Seabreeze in April. It is a very spacious, clean, modern and well equipped bungalow. Our party was 2 Grandparents, Daughter, Son-in-law and teenager Grandson. With one ensuite and one separate bathroom it was ideal for us. Star attraction is the conservatory and decking overlooking the sea.Ideal for evening chatting over a glass of wine. Plenty of room on the drive for parking and very convenient for trips out to all the the beautiful Roseland Peninsula and beyond. We thoroughly recommend this property although our only reservation was that the mattresses were a little uncomfortable. For the sake of a little investment in better quality mattresses this would be worthwhile and would give it a one hundred % recommendation.

We stayed in Seebreeze over the Easter weekend into the following week and couldn't have been happier with our stay. The bungalow is a little home from home with all home comforts, spotlessly clean and in a great location for exploring the local areas. If you like your holiday home to mirror what you have at home, this is the place for you. There is everything you could possibly need, even a washing machine, outdoor rotary airer and pegs! You don't even need to take lots of clothes. We were very lucky with the weather as it was outstandingly glorious the whole week and we all enjoyed breakfast in the large conservatory every morning with the sun streaming in. You can see the sunrise over the sea from there to if you're up and about early enough. We visited Lands End, Lizard Point, St. Ives, St.Mawes, Falmouth, Pendennis Castle, Mousehole Marizion, Mevagissy, Lost Gardens of Heligan and more during the week, all within easy reach of a day trip. I can recommend them all, but my faviourite has to be Lizard Point watching the seals. On our last night we ate at the Plume of Feathers in Porthscatho, just a short walk away from the bungalow, which has fantastic home cooked food. The thrice cooked chips are to die for. We had the most amazing time and can't wait to go back. Thank you for making this accommodation available, it was an absolute pleasure.

We have stayed in plenty of holiday cottages and this is one of the best. Often, as we have a dog, we find it difficult to get high standard properties, but this is one. Everything felt like a home not a holiday place with plenty of kitchen equipment etc. The view was good from the garden and conservatory though there were houses to look past. Altogether this is somewhere we are likely to return to.

Stephanie Lawrence

We enjoyed our stay at Seabreeze. It was very well equipped and clean with a good layout for us. It was perfect for our young dog who had secure access outside in the garden and hard floors throughout. The sea view was great from the conservatory. We walked into the village (about 5 minutes) and used the local pub and village shop. Walking in the other direction it was 10 minutes along the coast path to a beautiful sandy beach and the Hidden café was open for half term which was lovely. The village is a great base for visiting this beautiful area - we took the King Harry Ferry over to Trelissick National Trust and had lunch in St Mawes from where you can also get the ferry to Falmouth either on foot or with the car.

Ann Walton

Lovely bungalow very spacious, every convenience, secure garden for the dogs. Good location ideal for walking down to Porthcurnick beach in the mornings, Hidden Hut only open on Sundays at this time of year. Easy walk to Porthcatho, had a lovely meal at the Plume of Feathers , Boat house closed for some reason, village store stocks most things. Central location for exploring the Roseland peninsular. Overall very enjoyable stay.

Angela Punter

Just had our 2nd visit this year to Seabreeze and will be back in 2017. A good base for traveling all around cornwall . A big enclosed garden that the dogs both love and a nice dog beach within an easy walk with the Hidden Hut as a good breakfast stop.

Fay Howe

Seabreeze is in an excellent location, close to both shops/pubs and also the beach. Ample parking on the drive is a bonus as parking in the village in August is difficult. The coastal paths near by are lovely and those and the nearby beach is dog friendly all year round. The decking area outside the conservatory at Seabreeze is great for outside eating and the rear garden is dog safe and private. I thought the cottage had everything needed for a week's holiday and the paintings hung on the walls were very pretty. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Pamela Bowen

House comfortable with fully enclosed dog proof garden. Lovely view of the sea. Short walk to beach or harbour town for supplies and meals out... Would stay again

Martyn Sargent

Seabreeze was like a home from home for us, it was comfortable, clean and every thing needed was there. Loved the location for views and the peace and quiet

Alan Redman

A clean spacious bungalow, but the site in a housing estate was most disappointing.Photograph is misleading,no wide panorama of a coastline, mostly houses and roofs. After a journey of 375 miles;only a small milk and a packet of biscuits,no local map to show the location of services and shops,4 boxes of rubbish left by previous occupants(expected to remove these up a very steep drive to the road) Main lights in the bathroom did not function.Only 1 comfortable seat for the patio. Having stayed at many cottages in Devon and Cornwall,we will not stay here again, and will carefully consider any further bookings with Cornish Cottages Ltd..

George Trott

Excellent location. Near to beaches, pub, restaurants & walks. Kitchen needs updating. It's OK but showing signs of wear & tear. Has all facilities one would want. Main bathroom same as kitchen. Shower is quite small! En-suite bathroom is tiny! Lounge could do with some new chairs. OK for the 2 of us who could lounge about, would be cramped for more. Double bed mattress not to our liking. We found it quite hard, although this may suit some people. Conservatory (huge) and garden (with large decked area) are very nice. Good features. Plenty of parking space - enough for 4 cars.

A delightful property in a spectacular location and very well equipped. We had a most enjoyable stay there. Didn't need to use the car either for shops (excellent butcher and supermarket in the village) or for South Coast Path walks.

Angela Punter

Very enjoyable place . nice quite village location . tatams good for morning latte , only short walk to the hidden hut for lunch . excellent fish & chip van on a friday night.

Timothy Gibson

Are stay at sea breeze was a pleasant one. The first day there the weather was bad but we felt quite cosy sat watching the wind and rain + waves crashing in to the coastline. The rest of are stay the weather was good and we visited as many places as we could. In all a very relaxing holiday.

Philippa Armitage

The property has been renovated to maximise space. It is light and airy and has plenty of sofas. We liked the little snug with bean bags and small TV and had we stayed longer the children might well have used it. The conservatory has a lovely view of the sea. The property is well heated. The family bathroom is a good size. The garden is much bigger than at first appears. The deck is a great idea and perfect for outdoor eating being so accessible from the kitchen. It was great to have an outdoor tap near the front door for sandy beach feet. Quick walk to the beach. We loved it!
