Lovely cottage with a very well equipped kitchen. You can walk through the owners fields to get to the coastal path which is brilliant. Owners on site and very friendly and helpful. We had a great holiday

A well equipped, comfortable, warm cottage ( plenty of logs ) with a far reaching view to the sea.
Idyllic walking from the doorstep to coast path, beaches, estuary and ferry to St. Mawes.
The host, Nicky, was very hospitable.
The Place estate is an unspoilt gem - a real discovery .

Comfortable cottage with far-reaching views to the sea. Recently- refurbished spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Although the shower was efficient and the bath large, the bathroom is looking rather tired and would benefit from some updating. A lovely spot as a base for walking in the area. Place ferry an excellent way of getting to St Mawes.

Lovely remote place to stay in an area we already knew well. The private track to the coast path was such a bonus with outstanding views. Nicky was super helpful , would definitely return.

We had a lovely week at The Bothy. The location is great with easy access to the coastal path and nearby beaches. The accommodation was both clean and comfortable.
